I’m an enthusiastic yoga practitioner dedicated to spreading the life-changing power of yoga. With committed instruction and individual development, my practice aims to improve mental acuity, physical stamina, and spiritual health.
I finished my 500-hour Yoga Alliance USA-accredited teacher training programme at a prestigious institution. My knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching techniques has increased as a result of this intensive programme, giving me the overall skills necessary to mentor students as they progress through the practice.
I learned how to practise Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga with an emphasis on alignment, breath awareness, and overall wellness. In my teaching practice, I am driven to inspire others to discover the profound depths of yoga both on and off the mat by promoting physical strength, mental clarity, and spiritual connection. I am also passionate about sharing the life-changing advantages of yoga.
I have been doing yoga for five years, and over that time I have learned how beneficial it is to both mental and physical health. Seeing kids’ development and changes firsthand has made teaching immensely fulfilling. I’m committed to educating people about the life-changing potential of yoga and supporting them as they pursue comprehensive wellbeing and inner serenity.
